This study aims to provide a better understanding of parents sport selection decision for their children. It investigated the following research questions: 

  1. Which factors influence parents‘ buying behavior for their children, especially when choosing a sport activity for them?
  2. How do these factors impact parents‘ decision?
  3. How does parents‘ self-concept appear in these buying decisions?
