an analysis of trends and differences in sports participation in the Low Countries

In this paper, the development of active sports participation in Flanders (Belgium) and the Netherlands in the 1990s are traced. The aim was to investigate differences in sports participation and club membership across gender, age and education in Flanders and the Netherlands.
